Refer A Friend

Are you looking to earn extra cash?
Imagine being able to work at home, spend as little or as much time as you like, and earn extra money just by letting your friends know about the great opportunities at Beacon. Tell all of them about Beacon, and to register for great opportunities on our website. As a result of your referring your friend, each position we place falls under your Refer a Friend Commission Program. Your referral must work a minimum of 38 hours per week for 5 consecutive weeks, or accept a permanent position and be on the job for 90 days with our client in order for you to be eligible for Refer a Friend Commission. There is no limit to how much you can earn, or to the number of friends you may refer.

When you refer a friend, we will pay you up to $2,000*

Our web-based referral program lets you earn rewards for referring qualified candidates to our job openings. Think of it as your own referral portfolio because you control your potential rewards based on your level of involvement. The more you participate, the more rewards you can earn! And, you have continuous access to your personal account "statements" that track your referral activity and rewards, so you always know how much is in it for you!

How does the Beacon Refer a Friend program work?
Quite simple! When you refer a friend to Beacon, you logon to your account on our website. Just complete the "Refer a Friend" form. Their name is entered into our database and you are identified as the referring member. Your friend will receive an email from us letting them know you thought they are the quality individual we would like to work with, and invite them to register with Beacon and take advantage of the great opportunities we have for top performers. Once your friend registers and submits their resume, our recruiters will do the rest.
